Each rental includes a high-quality projector, screen, speakers, and seating setup for up to 8. We have optional styling elements to help set the vibe and additional seating, for an additional cost. We’ll handle setup and teardown, so all you need to do is press play.

Yes - a 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

Rentals are designed for one evening (3 hours). If you’d like to keep the setup longer or overnight, we can accommodate at an additional cost.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before your event will receive a full refund minus the deposit. For cancellations within 14 days, we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible.

To book your event, just fill out the contact form on our website with your preferred date, location, and which experience you’re interested in. We’ll follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm availability, answer any questions, and walk you through next steps. A deposit and signed agreement is required to secure your date.
